The world premiere
Commemorating VJ Day, the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, the Finborough Theatre’s digital initiative #FinboroughFrontier continues with a new audio poetry recital – Remember Your Lovers, a rediscovery of the poetry of Sidney Keyes, one of Britain’s finest Second World War poets, featuring acting legend Claire Bloom.

Sidney Keyes was born in 1922 in Dartford, Kent, and died in battle in mysterious circumstances in Tunisia at the age of twenty.
Alongside Keith Douglas and Alun Lewis, although younger than both, Sidney Keyes is widely regarded as one of Britain’s outstanding poets of the Second World War. He was awarded a posthumous Hawthornden Prize for his work.
Remember Your Lovers rediscovers Keyes’s poems to tell his story through the women he loved – above all, his unrequited passion for the German Jewish refugee artist Milein Cosman – as he confronted the devastating reality of a world at war.

Earl’s court walking tour
Walk the streets of Earl’s Court or wander at will through Brompton Cemetery, experiencing poetry, song and history with geolocated sound that automatically plays as you walk. For those who would like to tour remotely, there is also a virtual listener option. The audio walk is compatible with desktop or laptop computers, tablets and iPads, iPhone and Android, using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
AN EARL’S COURT WALKING TOUR (approximately 1 hour)
This circular walk starts and ends at West Brompton Station, Old Brompton Road, London SW5 9JX. Follow the suggested route indicated by a yellow dotted line, walking anti-clockwise from point A to point B.

A BROMPTON CEMETERY WALKING TOUR (approximately 1 hour)
This walk starts outside the gates of Brompton Cemetery at the North Lodge Entrance on Old Brompton Road and ends at Café North Lodge. Wander through the cemetery at will using the grave index to help find your way. To start the tour, activate the blue square by walking into it – or, for remote listeners, by dragging and dropping the remote listener icon.
Some of the graves featured in this tour are off the paths. For those listening in person who want to get close to these graves, navigate using your geolocation and the grave number. It may also help to look at the images in the pop-ups, as grave locations are approximate. When going off the path, please be careful as the terrain is uneven. Also good to know – you can pause your audio at any time.

We’ve decided to re-open crowdfunding on Indiegogo. Instead of aiming to raise all of the funds we need to film we’re instead funding the majority of the film ourselves and use what we get from the crowdfunder to bolster our reserves.
A warning before you join this campaign, unlike Kickstarter the money you contribute will be taken immediately and you will not get it back if we don’t meet our goal. This isn’t an issue in terms of the perks we’re offering, we have designed them specifically so we can still meet them regardless of how much we get. New Crowdfunding for Lost & Found
Tomorrow we’re launching the crowdfunding for our newest short, Lost & Found. This is a light-hearted story about bereavement and how we don’t really know the people around us until they’re gone.
James Dart will play Max, James is a fantastic actor with an excellent pedigree on the stage. We have worked with him on multiple projects and he has always been a safe pair of (acting) hands.
Anna Tammela is a half Finnish/half Egyptian talented singer and actor. From the very moment we talked to her, she has embodied the very spirit of Julie.
Erica Miller will be in the directing chair. Erica was the award-winning director of Control and has had success in both theatre and film.

Sometimes you don’t really know the people you love until they’re gone.
Siblings Max and Julie are tasked with clearing their grandmother’s house after her death. During this role, they discover a secret that results in them meeting the people that made up their grandmothers life and a little about them, her and themselves.
Roguegunners Productions is an award-winning film company. We have created shorts like Control, a sci-fi film that has won multiple awards and worked on theatre projects, like An Earl’s Court Miscellany with the Finborough Theatre and Rhyme & Reason.
We believe Lost & Found is a great and moving story, covering difficult topics with a light-hearted touch. We have already cast our principal cast, who will portray Max and Julie, and we have partnered with IMOTION to handle the crew side of things.
As always Lost & Found will be directed by Erica Miller, an award-winning director, and has been written by Johnny Blanchard.

Control
The FarReach project was the first step to getting humans onto other planets. Organised by the Combined Sciences Off-world Research Organisation (CSORO) it placed celebrated scientists on other worlds intending to crack the specific issues of each one and to make the worlds habitable.
To minimise the non-research staff in each base CSORO brokered a deal to place the ADA management support computer into each base. ADA was developed by Babbage Information Systems to provide high-level strategic support for large corporations but, as an actual AI, was believed flexible enough to be used in any management or data gathering situation.
Two years after it’s inception the base on Proxima-b suddenly stopped responding.
